We can assist you with any audio visual equipment that needs to be serviced, repaired or evaluated including pick-up and return. We also offer priority on-site repairs and/or fault finding services and packages. Once our qualified technicians have assessed your equipment we can inform you of your options.

We can service and perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as but not limited to:
Projectors, Cameras (SLR & video), Blu-Ray/DVD Players and Recorders, LED/LCD Screens, Amplifiers, Mixing Desks, Speakers, Portable PA's, Microphones and Broadcast equipment.

Is your equipment and cables safe to use? Have you recently purchased new equipment or have your existing tags expired? Solace Productions now offers on-site test and tagging to the Australian Standard AS/NZS 3760 with minimal disruption at a time that's convenient for you.

We can assist with your ongoing test and tag obligations including a detailed register of all equipment tested. Common equipment includes computers, laptops, Blu-Ray/DVD players, power cables (IEC, Fig-8, clover), power boards, extension cables, power supplies and all other audio-visual and data equipment.
