Equipment Purchases:

The original invoice is to be presented for any warranty claims.

Goods remain the property of Solace Productions until the invoice amount has been paid in full or the remaining balance has cleared. Please note direct deposits can take up to 48 hours to appear in our account.

All prices quoted on the Solace Productions website are in 'AU' Australian dollars, inclusive of GST (unless otherwise stated) and does not include delivery.

Solace Productions endeavours to maintain and provide accurate pricing on our website, however please note that the price may have changed since publication. In the event the pricing has changed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the order.

If the equipment purchased is found to be defective and meets the manufacturers’ conditions for return, the item must be returned within 7 days from the invoice date.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are not entitled to return a product if there is no breach of a consumer guarantee – for example, if you:

- Changed your mind
- Ordered the wrong product
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere
- Were aware of the stock availability before and after buying the product
- Requested a refund for purchase at a later date to facilitate cash flow management
- Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (such as if the fault was written on the tag, or indicated in the photos or item description online).
- Damaged the product by misusing it (for example, you dropped your item).
- Used the product for a very long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear

Warranty provides protection from faulty goods. Warranty does not apply when damage is caused by power surges, electrical storms or other external factors. Warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the goods.

The Solace Productions warranty is non transferable however the manufacturers’ warranty may transfer to a third party (subject to manufacturers’ conditions).

All products advertised on our website do not include installation or compatibility assessments; however this can be arranged for an additional fee.

For new PC builds, please note that due to advances with technology and product availability, some components may be substituted for an equivalent part at time of construction.

All Procell/Duracell battery products have a six month warranty from the invoice date (unless otherwise agreed to in writing). Reduced capacity and not holding charge can be a result of memory effect and cannot be claimed under warranty.


For cancellations or rescheduling please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid additional fees.

For website closure or termination or an email hosting service a minimum of 28 days written notice is required.


Solace Productions will not sell, trade or rent our clients personal information.
